What is your Payment Methods?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa/ MasterCard/ American Express over the phone.

We offer shipping from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. For our international customer FedEx is offered, unless specify a different carrier.

What is your Returns and Exchanges Policy?

Here at Jade Fashion we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will be glad to accept return of unworn/unwashed and resalable condition merchandise with original invoice within 30 days of purchase. All custom made items and special order items is ALL SALE FINAL. We do not take any return on all custom made items. Below will list a set of items that will not be able to return.


For exchange we are gladly to exchange any items that do not fit right. All exchange is to be done within 30 days. All exchange should be in it original condition. For exchange you do not need to exchange the same color or style. We can send you an entirely different style if this is what you want.

Exchange: You must fill out our Exchange Form in order to begin the product exchange. Click here to go to Exchange Form. Please remember to include the invoice in your exchange package and once we received the items we will process the exchange. Please make sure you have your exchange ID with any additional instruction. If items you want to exchange is not in stock we will contact you. All custom made items are NON-exchangeable.

Do you need your items sooner? Please call us or email us and we try our best to accommodate your request.

Returns: If you want to return an items please sent package with an original invoice to the address below. There is a 15% restocking fee for all return. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund to be credit to your statement, less shipping and handling. How long is custom made order?

Please allow 5-10 business day to finish any custom made or special arrange order. We will email you once your order is ready to shipped. Express service is also available for an additional charge.

How soon do you ship your product after placing my order ?

That depends if the items are in stock. If the items are in stock we will ship the products within three business days (excluding holiday or weekend)

What is the shipping time?

This will depend on what kind of shipping method you choice. For Priority Mail please allow 3-5 business days.

Sorry we do not print any catalogs. This is because our prints selection is so extensive that by the time we print the catalog we may be out of stock.
