All Orders are shipping out from Henderson , Nevada

Jade Fashion Inc tries to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and federal/state holidays). If items are out of stock or are back ordered we will notify you immediately. All orders placed from Friday-Sunday will not be processed till Monday.

All orders are shipped from Henderson, Nevada.

For all regular shipping we use USPS Priority Mail (This is not a guaranteed service. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the carrier. Once a tracking number is assigned to you we have no control of when the package will arrive. Below is an estimated delivery time table provided by USPS office).

USPS Priority Mail estimated delivery time will be follow:

  • 3-5 days for West Coast
  • 4-8 days for East Coast
  • 2 days within Hawaii

All Express Shipping is by handled FedEx using their FedEx 2nd Business Day Air (NOTE that we require ONE business day to process your order and your order must be in before the closing of our office on that day). For all express mail you must provide a physical address, NO PO Boxes. All weekends and federal and states holidays do not count as a Business day. If you are not clear when you will receive your package please give us a call at 725-333-4681 during our business hours and one of our staff members will help and answer any of your concerns. Saturday delivery is also possible upon request but prices vary.

Next Day Air is also offered upon request and an extra charge will apply. Next day air is ONLY offered in limited areas. If you would like to have next day air please call us at 725-333-4681 as soon as you receive your order confirmation email or you can leave a message in comment below with your phone number and one of our staff members will call you either same or next business day.

International Shipping- International shipping prices will be given during checkout. You may select either Regular Shipping or Express Shipping. Regular Shipping uses USPS First Class mail and the delivery time will vary. Express Shipping is sent through USPS Express Mail.

All tracking number(s) will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. To track your order, please visit the carriers web site to get the status of your package.

PLEASE NOTE that international shipping and the shipping rates are never guaranteed due to the many different customs and other ongoing trade issues. Occassional extra custom fees may apply.

For all shipping once a tracking number is assigned to our customer's shipment, we have no control. Jadefashion is not responsible for any miss delivery or damage due to carrier error so therefore insurance is strongly suggested

Order Early

Due to high demand, we suggest customer order early for special function or event.

Occasionally, high demand on popular prints may result items being in backorder while our factory are working their best to fill the demand.  If you are planning a wedding or special event please place your order a few weeks in advance to ensure you will get these products in time for your events. 

If items are in backordered we will contact you as soon as possible.  We will also suggest on other style or prints which we will have in stock. 

Here at Jade Fashion we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will be glad to accept return of unworn/unwashed and resalable condition merchandise with original invoice within 30 days of purchase. All custom made items and special order items is ALL SALE FINAL. We do not take any return on all custom made items. Below will list a set of items that will not be able to return.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES/RETURNS ON FRESH LEIS. These items have a limited lifespan and are non returnable or exchangeable.

For exchange we are gladly to exchange any items that do not fit right. All exchange is to be done within 30 days. All exchange should be in it original condition. For exchange you do not need to exchange the same color or style. We can send you an entirely different style if this is what you want.

Exchange: You must fill out our Exchange Form in order to begin the product exchange. Click here to go to Exchange Form. Please remember to include the invoice in your exchange package and once we received the items we will process the exchange. Please make sure you have your exchange ID with any additional instruction. If items you want to exchange is not in stock we will contact you. All custom made items are NON-exchangeable.

Do you need your items sooner? Please call us or email us and we try our best to accommodate your request.

Returns: If you want to return any items please sent package with an original invoice to the address below. There is a 10% restocking fee for all clothing returns. Other items such accessories, silk leis, jewelry, Hawaiian made jewelry, the restocking fee is 15%. Items listed as "Final Sale" or Custom Made or any fresh flower items are NOT returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund to be credit to your statement, less shipping and handling. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT RULE! It is rather unfortunate that we have had several returns that smell of perfume, sweat, colone and/or smoke! As much as we wish to accomodate you, we cannot accept such returns. Returns MUST BE unworn, unwhashed, free of offensive odor and in a resalable condition.

Shipping of Returned and/or Exchanged Items: Please be aware that we do not cover your shipping fee to retun the item(s). We also do not cover the shipping fee to send out the exchanged item.
